With over 1.2 billion people, as it begins to develop, the organisation which wins the majority market share has the opportunity to quickly dwarf Walmart.
Reliance Industries, India’s largest private sector company, has this ambition in is sights, and has done since its launch when it required expert help to lead the development of the company’s master-branding, retail brand communication, design and guidelines, store planning and design.
Constantly traveling between London and Mumbai, the team produced the full retail design packages for two new retail formats Reliance Mart (Hypermarket) & Reliance Fresh (Local grocery store) which have gone onto become leaders in the race to dominate Indian retailing.
